After decades of combined experience in crane operations, specialty insurance, claims adjusting, and risk management, our team kept running into the same problem: the people responsible for safety, the people managing insurance, and the people handling claims were rarely talking to each other, and companies were paying for it.
A crane contractor could have a solid safety culture and still get hammered at renewal because their documentation didn't tell that story. A company could have policies in place and still face devastating liability after a claim because their job tickets didn't hold up. A broker could genuinely want to help a client improve, but have no specialized risk management resource to point them to.
Hook Risk Management was built to close that gap. Not as a generic safety consulting firm, but as a platform that speaks the language of the field and the language of the insurance market, and connects the two in a way that actually protects companies when it counts.
